About The HOA
New Port Richey, Florida
Articles of Incorporation for this association were issued on January 27, 1989. Southern Oaks was built on 213.5 acres in five phases. The community consists of 372 single family homes with one remaining lot not yet built on. The lots range in size from 0.63 acres being the largest to 0.18 acres the smallest. Homes were not built on all 213.5 acres. Included in this total acreage are ponds, water retention areas, wetlands, wooded areas, easements, streets and common areas. Actually, homes only take up approximately 86.5 acres of the total.
